### Steps to reproduce

### The resurgence of issue #4629

1. Set the system to light mode and the EXA to dark mode.
2. If EXA is running, kill it first;
3. Start EXA, then remove it from the recent tasks list (make sure EXA disables battery optimization and allows running in the background);
4. Unlike last time, this time you need to keep your phone unlocked, wait for the incoming call notification banner to appear, and answer the call. If the notification appears as a banner at the top of the screen, tap it to answer.

**This phenomenon only occurs once since the last time EXA was started**, and each subsequent incoming call can return to normal.

Unlike last time, the "full-screen incoming call screen" appears dark (normal) in this case.
