Feature Request - clear chat for all room participants

Allow a user to clear the chat for all participants in the room

#### Why would you like to do it?
for security reasons. Assume there are secrets in a group and somebody's mobile was stolen.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
add an option in room settings to do it that does bulk unsend
