Called party is unable to hang up

### Steps to reproduce

Called party and caller (me) interact:

1. Create a room (DM);
2. Caller calls the called party;
3. Caller can leave and rejoin the room, but the called party cannot leave.

I am currently unsure about their phone model and android version, thus will update this issue once I am able to request this information.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Called party leaves the room.

#### What happened instead?
Pressing the red "hang up" button does not produce or change anything for the called party. Other applications cannot access microphone, so the only option for the called party was to leave the room.

Caller: Google Pixel 6a. Called party: Huawei (model unknown, but they were able to use Google Play)

### Operating system version

Caller: Android 16 (stock Graphene OS). Called party: Android-based Huawei OS with google services.

Caller (25.07.1 Obtainium via GitHub). Called party (25.07.1 Google Play).
