@room should not be green if done by user without privilege to call Pill

If user without privilege to do "@room " it will be rendered to users. It should be written in white as it is only plain text that looks like notifiy all

It will enchance accesibility and divide pill calls that can be made and which cannot
A friend of my used call and it showed green so i thought i already have him role. It was confusing to foubd out he didnt have role but it still showed as such
