Easier way to download images and other files

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to have an easy way to download images and other files in an element specific folder and once downloaded the images and videos should appear in the gallery.

#### Why would you like to do it?
When you use the applications with family and friends communication, you would like to have a copy of the images and videos received in your phone.
With this way, the vast majority of users, who use the application to communicate in public rooms, will continue the same way, but, people who want to use the application for family and friends communication, the will have the possibility to download the images and files easier in other folder than the current download folder that are a mix of things.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
When you select an image, there could be an new icon in the top right to download the image or file. Currently you have to click in the information icon and then click for the download option that I find it very difficult to regular users as my dad.
Maybe could be interesting to have an structure of folders like other apps comunications have:

/android/media/element
|- Pictures
|- Videos
|- Audio
|- Documents

Pictures and Videos folder should appear in the gallery.
