Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Another user is starting a call in a DM room with me
2. All my other devices start ringing -- but the Android device is silent.
3. (Sometimes those notifications arrive very late -- order of minutes late)
### Outcome

As soon as the other party starts the call I get a notification/ringing on my phone
