Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. In a 1-to-1 chat, click on the room name to display the settings
2. For some 1-to-1 chats, ElementX indicates that the room is a `public room`
3. On Element for Android or Element Desktop, open the settings for the same room, the room is marked as `private`
4. For now, I can't figure out, in wich cases the incorrect privacy setting is displayed. Perhaps it appears when the 1-to-1 is initialised with ElementX
ElementX:

Element Android of the same room:

Research direction
Start by reproducing the privacy display in ElementX 0.7.2 on Android and compare the same 1-to-1 room with Element for Android or Element Desktop. Trace the room privacy-setting display and identify why some rooms are shown as public; done means the affected rooms consistently display as private.
