Offline decoration wastes screen space

As a user travelling, I appreciate seeing when EX is offline

#### Why would you like to do it?
To get my expectations managed that I cannot receive new messages or have my messages sent right now

#### How would you like to achieve it?
There is an offline decoration down at the trip off the screen, but it moves the whole content down eating screen real estate. It also looks as if it wasn't part of the application as it breaks our of the design.


### Have you considered any alternatives?

Telegram doesn't have a nicer decoration but at least integrates it into the rest of the interface


I remember that once we discussed using a simple fine red line.
