T&S: remove (system) notifications of moderated messages

### Your use case

This app has a cool feature that will preview images in the system notifications.

Imagine receiving image spam.

(The system notifications do not disappear upon marking stuff as read or actually reading the room sometimes (not sure if flaky or maybe fixed in the last update). Edit: oh yes, this one I think https://github.com/element-hq/element-x-android/issues/3184)

More importantly, the notifications do also not disappear when the messages in question got moderated.
