Add ability to listen voice messages through ear speaker

### Your use case
I am sending a voice message to somebody more than 2 minutes long and I cannot listen to voice messages in public without any headphones

#### What would you like to do?
I would like to have to ability to listen to voice messages through the phone speaker

#### Why would you like to do it?
Because like that only I can listen to them and not everybody around.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
There was an open issue in the old element client repo already

It should be done using the data from the proximity sensor to determine if the user is closer to the phone speaker or not.
Then the screen should be disabled and the user then should be able to listen a voice message from that speaker.

Nobody worked on that feature so far. It is crucial in my opinion. Please work on that!
