Phone receives single notifications instead of receiving notifications in batch

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install and login to Element X
2. Join a room

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
Normal instant messenger behavior where, if there are more than X notifications being received at the same time, the phone will vibrate/trigger the notification sound once every Y minutes.

#### What happened instead?
Element will trigger the notification sound at every message received, even if they are few milliseconds apart from each other.
