Scrolling Timeline while magnification is active

### Steps to reproduce

1. Enavle the Android screen magnification accessiblity feature via the Accessibility menu in the Android Settings app.
2. Open Element X and while viewing the time line activate the magnification eith via a triple tap or using the accessibility menu.
3. Attempt to scroll the time line.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

The time line scrolls but the content moves disproportionally with the gesture.

#### What happened instead?

The time line scrolls with the scrolled content synchronised with the gesture.
