Chats should open starting from unread messages

Current behaviour: When a chat is opened, most recent message is shown even if there are many unread messages above. Also no CTAs to go to mentions or replies.

Expected behaviour: Chat should open from the first unread message. CTAs should be placed to go to mentions/replies.

Very inconvenient to not have that especially in a matrix client since a few hours of inactivity usually leads to hundreds of messages in rooms. Going back to mentions/replies takes a lot of scrolling.
