Invite text is cumbersome

#### What would you like to do?
Use the Invite function to invite other users to Element X with a text they can easily understand and a flow that they can easily follow, even if they never heard about Element (or Matrix).

The current CTA talks about _friends_ which is not necessarily appropriate in a professional context. At least the German translation grammar is wrong. The text template is (at least in German) very unclear, uses language about talking instead of messaging / chatting and also language about accompanying the users, which might be a bad translation? The link seems to be generic and not lead to Element X and associated onboarding.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Language should be plain and simple to understand. It should motivate the value for the recipient. The flow ideally minimizes choices and maximizes success.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
- focus the invite function on where the user would like to start a chat (that exists already today), so it can be removed from the vertical ellipses menu on the main screen
- use text allowing professional use, like:
> Invite someone to Element
- use text similar to what WhatsApp is using:
> Let's chat on Element! It's a fast, simple, secure and privacy aware app we can use to message and call each other for free. Get it at https://element.io/download
