Large screen support for tablets/foldables

In Element X iPad OS, the app shows the room list on the left, and the selected chat on the right. On Android tablets, the normal app opens extra wide, which only shows either the room list or the selected chat.

#### Why would you like to do it?
Better utilization of space.

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Have the app automatically expand to include the room list on devices with large screens.
