#### What would you like to do?
Implement a theme system that goes beyond light and dark mode to offer many themes.
#### Why would you like to do it?
Not everyone likes green, and some people want or need colors with different contrasting text.
as a personal example: Some color schemes of apps that require lots of reading give me headaches, so with the option to change the theme, I can set it up in a way that won't cause the eye strain or headaches.
#### How would you like to achieve it?

### Have you considered any alternatives?
Preconfigured themes are fine for most, but won't help those who have issues with specific color schemes.
### Additional context
I would classify this as an accessibility issue since currently its too hard to modify Element to suit my needs.
