Threads Panel: Quick action buttons

### Steps to reproduce
1. Open threads panel.
2. Clicking the "View in room" or "Copy link to thread" button opens the thread itself.

The buttons to function according to their tooltip (show thread in room and copy link to thread).
#### What happened instead?
They also open the thread.

Start by reproducing the issue in the Threads panel on Element Nightly and inspect the handlers for the “View in room” and “Copy link to thread” buttons.
