Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
1. Currently the 'Favourited' and 'Low priority' options use toggle switches even though they are linked i.e. you can't have a favourited, low priority room (vice versa). The toggles should follow the pattern used with notification settings (checkmarks/radio buttons).

2. Occasionally there are white borders that appear on hovered items, they don't affect functionality however preventing them from coming up unsolicited would improve UX.

Research direction

Start by locating the Room List controls and the notification settings pattern they should follow. Check how hovered items receive white borders, then update the controls so Favourited and Low priority are mutually exclusive and verify that unsolicited borders no longer appear.
