Room List Sections: Request for Feedback

This ticket is a 'hold' for feedback on our next feature: Sections.

**Please leave feedback on this ticket as comments.** This ticket will be closed when we've received comments and taken those to an internal meeting where we will see what themes emerge.

We currently have this feature in Labs. Head to Develop or Nightly, Settings > Labs > Room list sections (at the bottom)

Once enabled users will have:
* Default sections
* Custom sections

**Default sections**
Favourites and Low Priority will appear as sections in the room list, if the user has rooms that are in these categories. They cannot be edited. They can be collapsed and rooms can be added or removed.

**Custom sections**
Users may create new sections and add any number of rooms to that sections. Custom sections may be renamed and deleted.

The purpose of this feature is to simplify workflows and to make the room list less overwhelming.
