Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. Join a call in a Matrix room
2. Leave the room while in the call
3. Re-join the room (and the call)
The call will periodically drop for you and then reconnect after a couple of seconds.
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
After rejoining, we were expecting the call would proceed as normal.
#### What happened instead?
Instead, the call was unstable, dropping Giannis every so often for a couple of seconds. It was finally resolved when (I believe) Giannis restarted the client.
