Description
### Steps to reproduce
Description
**Current behavior:**
After receiving some messages (e.g., "20") from a single account in a room that is not encrypted message, the message count is not displayed. Instead of showing the number "20", only a grey circle appears next to the room in the room list.
**Expected behavior:**
The room should display the number of unread messages (e.g., "20") inside the notification badge, allowing the user to see how many new messages are waiting.
**Steps to reproduce:**
Have a room that is not encrypted (unencrypted room)
Receive 20 new messages from one account while you are away or the room is not active
Look at the room list in Element Web
Observe the notification badge next to the room
**What happens:**
A grey circle appears instead of the number "20"
The actual unread message count is not visible
The user cannot tell how many messages are unread without entering the room
**What should happen:**
The number "20" should be displayed inside the notification badge
The badge should clearly indicate the count of unread messages
**Additional context:**
The messages are unencrypted (not encrypted)
All 20 messages came from the same account
This issue affects usability by hiding important information about message volume
Users may miss that there are many messages waiting in a room
### Outcome
