Description

### Your use case

#### What would you like to do?
While in a Room, make clicking the Room avatar and Room name do the same thing - open Room settings.
*The info button on the right end of the Room header would be used to open Room info.*
#### Why would you like to do it?
1. Users may click the Room title but not try to click the avatar, and vice versa.
2. A user may also be accustomed to clicking one or the other, having both behave identically improve intended outcome.
3. Fewer interaction rules to remember makes the interface feel simpler and more intuitive.

### Have you considered any alternatives?

Put a separation between Room avatar and title.
E.g. a vertical line + Spacing.
- Clicking avatar opens settings.
- Clicking Title opens Room info (right panel).
- - Room info button "i" on the top right, may then be removed/replaced.
- - Clicking empty space still opens Room info (right panel).
