Room List: Closing section focusses on Room at startup

### Steps to reproduce

Prerequisites
- You must have had both sections open (Favourites & Chats).
- No custom sections were enable in this case.
- A Room from the 'Chats' section was selected before closing the app.
- App must be closed.

Produce issue
1. Launch the app.
2. Close the 'Favourites' section.

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
My scroll position on the Room list to be maintained
#### What happened instead?
Focussed on selected Room.
