Room List: Notifications hidden on hover

### What would you like to do?
- Make notifications visible on hover.

### How would you like to do it?

**1.** Put "Notification options" in the "More Options" menu.
*This creates space for notifications to remain visible on hover.*

**2.** Use the grey camera icon next to the Room icon, to show call activity.
*This creates space for notifications to remain visible on hover.*

- Otherwise make the grey camera icon next to the Room icon blue to match the colour of the globe icon.

**3.** Change "Favourited" to "Favourite" in the "More Options" menu - (3 dot menu on hover of a Room).
