Oversharpening Graphical Glitches On Windows With Nvidia GPU

### Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately I can't provide a screenshot of the full client because that would reveal chats that I have no right to make a screenshot of, but the sidebar shows it quite clearly:

Simply leaving the client open in the foreground causes graphical artifacts, the longer the client stays idle on screen.
It may be possible this issue is related to an upstream Electron bug however because all sorts of Electron apps have been having issues on Nvidia for years, sometimes even on Linux.
