Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Element Settings
2. Navigate to Preferences → General
3. Enable “Minimize window to tray on close”
4. Close the Element window using Alt + F4

### Outcome

Actual result:
1. The Element window should minimize to the Windows system tray (notification area).
2. Element should continue running in the background.

Actual behavior:
1. The Element window closes completely.
2. The Element process terminates.
3. No system tray icon remains active.
