### Steps to reproduce
1. All settings
2. Click pencil by profile pic to change
3. Choose image
### Outcome
#### What did you expect?
Upload spinner for a bit then profile image updates
#### What happened instead?
Upload spinner forever, profile picture doesn't update but going to a different settings tab & coming back gets the new profile pic, so it seems to have worked.
