### Description
I cannot disable smooth scrolling. Because of a condition, I *have* to disable smooth scrolling *but not any other animations* in order to use a program without becoming ill or dizzy.
Please have this disabled ASAP, or add an option to do so. In the mean time, I'm very much open to workarounds, other than the webclient.

- Be sensitive to motion
Logs being sent: no (probably not relevant)
