Tray icon and app icon disappear after standby

### Description

Tray icon and app icon disappear after computer waking up from standby, but only 25% of wakeups cause this. Computer wakes up, and Element app icon + tray icon is gone. Screenshot would show only a blank space where the icon should be (space is still taken). Other running programs/tray icons are not affected.

When new message is received and icon should change to show number of new messages it still keeps invisible, so I don't see when new messages arrive.

### Steps to reproduce

This bug is hard to reproduce for me, as it happens only sometimes.
I tried to run Element in console but nothing special was printed out.
