Fails to update last default "saved to" directory, always wakes up the wrong drive.

### Description

A while back I added more ssd storage to my system so I no longer have to save videos and images to a spinning drive. The problem is every time element is restarted it forgets this new location and defaults to the old drive, spinning it up for no reason.

I thought it might get fixed so I waited through a few releases but its still the same.

### Steps to reproduce

Run fresh element, save file, choose new location to save. It remembers only for current session. Gracefully exit program, restart and its forgotten again.

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

Does not remember last saved directory correctly. No way to set it in settings.
