### Your use case
Tried to search within a room. Got this error message.
I wasn't sure if this referred to room settings or my own settings. I had to go to **Personal Settings** > **Security and Privacy** > **Encryption** > **Message search** to see the button mentioned.
The room was encrypted, but I wasn't consciously aware of that. I understood this as problem with search rather than a problem related to encryption. This meant that it took me longer to find the right place in the settings.
It would be nice if this was easier to find or otherwise easier to action.
Suggestions:
* link to this section from the original error message
* explain where in the settings to find this (and make it clear it's the user's settings, not the room settings)
* place a copy of the reset button next to the error message
