Element Desktop doesn't start with LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/torsocks/libtorsocks.so

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?

Some programs can run with `LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/torsocks/libtorsocks.so` env. It's very useful for using with firejail, for example. But Element-desktop doesn't start with that env var, it even doesn't print anything in terminal.

2. What do you click?

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/torsocks/libtorsocks.so element-desktop
