Updater shows up as "Update" from GitHub in Task Manager Startup

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open task manager on windows
2. Go to the startup tab
3. Find a line named "update"
4. Right click -> open file location to confirm it's Element

For the updater/launcher to show up as Element.

Curiously, Discord (the second line on this screenshot) is also broken in this respect. I expect this is a fairly minor inconvenience.
