Bluetooth profile autoswitch doesn't work for calls on linux

### Steps to reproduce

1. Have bluetooth headset connected to linux, and pulseaudio configured to autoswitch between a2dp and hfp profiles
2. Call someone on element

### What happened?

### What did you expect?
I expected that my bluetooth headset would switch profile automatically.

### What happened?
The switch doesn't happen. It happens for skype for example, so it must be something with element.
According to pulseaudio for autoswitch to work, audio stream (or something, not sure), needs to be created with "media.role=phone".
