Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?

Nightly upgrade toast appears on a build which is at least 24 hours old (i.e. one you didn't upgrade the previous day)

2. What do you click?

The upgrade button

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

To be upgraded to today's nightly

#### What happened instead?

Upgraded to an older nightly (presumably the previous day). On launch, after a while (10 minutes?) the toast comes up again, asking me to upgrade again. This is frustrating, as I just upgraded and restarts are painful.

Instead, i'd expect that hitting the upgrade button should double-check that you're really updating to the latest build and ensure you pull down the latest update rather than upgrading you to a stale version.
