Add developer console & other menu electron item shortcuts shortcut to keyboard shortcut list

Iirc @SimonBrandner told me how to view element-desktops logs/console or something in the comments to some other issue which I'd like to look at again.

Can't remember the shortcut nor issue, want to look it up

#### How would you like to achieve it?
Add secret logs shortcut to keyboard shortcut list

### Have you considered any alternatives?

maybe only add "dev shortcuts" when labs are enabled or similar

I hope to find out why `SqlCipherError("Sqlcipher support is missing")`
