### Steps to reproduce
1. Click Upload File Paperclip
2. Select file with accent in filename, ie: réservation.pdf
3. Click Open
4. This window appears: https://i.imgur.com/GFYaK5I.png
5. Click Upload
6. This window appears: https://i.imgur.com/vqY5EuU.png
### Outcome

The file 'Attachment' failed to upload.
