Element struggled to zoom into a large PNG attachment, and ultimately crashed

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open a particularly large PNG attachment.
2. See a low-resolution preview. Try to zoom in to 1:1 scale.
3. Element stutters, then crashes.

In this case, large means:

- `PNG image data, 32768 x 15694, 8-bit/color RGBA, non-interlaced`, 4.2 MB

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?

Zoom into 1:1 scale without stuttering.

#### What happened instead?

Stuttered and crashed.
