Option to open a download's folder as well as opening it directly

#### What would you like to do?

Have the option to not only open a downloaded file directly, but also to open the folder it has been downloaded to.

#### Why would you like to do it?

A quality of life feature, that improves the flow of downloading a file, opening the folder it is in quickly and dragging it to another location or app.

#### How would you like to achieve it?

Have an additional button on the toast notification between "Dismiss" and "Open", which says "Folder" (or something similar), which opens up the folder of the downloaded file.
