macOS: When system-wide web proxy is enabled element can't connect

### Steps to reproduce

On macOS enable a system-wide web proxy as shown here:

### Outcome

Element app can't connect to server any more:

> Verbindung zum Server wurde unterbrochen.
> Nachrichten werden gespeichert und gesendet, wenn die Internetverbindung wiederhergestellt ist.

until the proxy is disabled.

This does **not** happen when using element in a browser!
