Message search initialisation failed

### Steps to reproduce

hi,
I uploaded successfully 2 files in an encrypted room with Element desktop version 1.11.32 (1.11.32)
I saw these 2 files displayed under `Room Info` > `Files`
I then modified some settings by clicking on My profile > `All settings` and enabled CTRL+Enter to send messages
Back to the room > `Room Info` > `Files`, I have this error message:
`Message search initialisation failed, check your settings for more information`


When clicking on the link `check your settings`, under `Message search`> `Advanced`, I have this weird error message:
`Error while getting the user version: Sqlite database error: no such table: user_version`
I'm using the installer 05.03 with the in-cluster postgres DB.
