All keys are lost after reboot (again)

### Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see? Notebook booted, Element: Anmeldeinformationen und Schlüssel sind weg. Probiere neu anmelden. ...
2. What do you click? Element again installed. Same Errormessage. "Abmelden", sign out and sign in again. Log in via browser, send request for keys, leave groups and enter again.
3. More steps… Next day after new boot same problem.
