Misalignment in topbar of mac application

1. Use Element Desktop on Mac

#### What did you expect?

I would expect to see better alignment in the top part.
It's a great touch to remove the topbar as it makes the app more integrated and makes better use of the available vertical space.

It would be great to see the controls aligned with the search bar, and maybe experiment with aligning the user's avatar with the breadcrumb

Other apps like Slack do create a more functional topbar. I am not suggesting to change to that, but it is interesting to see the design direction they took
