[linux] opening download menu in fullscreen blocks mouse clicks

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go in fullscreen
2. Try to download something

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
To get the download menu

#### What happened instead?
You don't see the download menu and you can't click with the mouse anymore. It launched the menu in the backgroud and gave the mouse focus to that window, but the main window remains in fullscreen.
