Can't use "verification key" on Element Desktop

### Steps to reproduce

1. Login fresh on Element Desktop
2. Click "verify with key"
3. Paste the key in the input
4. Click "verify"

For the verification process to happen

#### What happened instead?

It does not work... the event is not forwarded to the web page, as it's a live draggable region. Probably regressed by https://github.com/vector-im/element-desktop/pull/1101 or a similar macOs drag handle issue
