Disabling seshat produces "you must use desktop for search to work" warnings... despite being on desktop.

1. Disable seshat
2. Try to search an encrypted room
3. See misleading warnings talking about needing to switch to the desktop app, when you're already using the desktop app.

If the user is on desktop, tell the user to enable seshat if they want search to work, not to switch to desktop.
