Element Desktop doesn't ask to open KDE Wallet whenever it's closed

### Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on computer (most likely with auto-login on, as it doesn't automatically unlock the Wallet)
2. Start Element Desktop

Ask to open wallet

Didn't ask for wallet, logging off from server.
