Description

### Steps to reproduce

1. open `element-desktop\Element.exe --profile profile1`
2. wait until an update is available
3. click "restart" in the popup menu
4. when it opens again, you are no longer in `profile1` account

### Outcome

Keeping the same profile it was opened with.

#### What happened instead?
The default profile was opened.
