macOS - Bright sidebar on HDR screen

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open Element Desktop on an HDR capable screen, i.e. built-in Display of M1 MacBook Pro 14"
2. Login

### Outcome

#### What did you expect?
The left sidebar utilizes the screen's HDR capabilities and lights up in a bright white color, which is distracting. This issue occurs in both the light and dark mode settings.

#### What happened instead?
The left sidebar utilizes HDR and lights up in a bright white color.
This does not happen on non-HDR screens or in the web version of Element.
