Description
### Steps to reproduce
1. In Voice Settings choose not default devices for micrphone and speaker
2. Select them
3. Close and open application
4. Open pavucontrol and check "Playback" tab.
### Outcome
Element desktop should be connected to selected devices.
Instead, Element desktop connects to default devices. Also there multiple connection from the same application.
